§ 39.02 EFFECT.
   Upon the declaration of a local disaster emergency by the Chief Executive Officer of the town, the Chief Executive Officer and the local Emergency Management Director shall exercise all powers and authority granted to the town and/or its Chief Executive Officer under Conn. Gen. Stat. Title 28.
