(A) The town shall comply with the provision of Conn. Gen. Stat. § 100C of the 1935 Cumulative Supplement, as amended, and that the Town Clerk be directed to file forthwith with the Tax Commissioner a certificate of this vote, certifying that the town has declared its intention of becoming a “complying municipality” within the meaning of Conn. Gen. Stat. § 100C of the 1935 Cumulative Supplement, and that the officers of the town in their respective capacities be, and they are hereby directed and authorized to take action as may be necessary or required to comply with and render effective the provisions of the section as the same shall be applied to the town.
(B) The current fiscal year commencing September 1, 1945 shall terminate on June 30, 1946.
(C) Commencing July 1, 1946, the fiscal year of the town shall commence on July 1 in each year and end on June 30 in each year.
(D) The annual budget meeting of the town shall be held no later than the third Monday in May each year.
(E) The budget adopted by this town meeting for the period commencing September 1, 1945 and ending August 31, 1946 be adjusted, as may be required by law, to cover the period from September 1, 1945 to June 30, 1946.
