§ 38.03 STATE AND FEDERAL GRANTS REQUIRING MATCHING FUNDS.
   By town meeting action of the legislative body of the town so convened on December 22, 1975, the town does hereby empower its Board of Selectmen to make application for any state and federal grants of benefit to the town for which matching funds are available in current budget line items.
