§ 38.02 STATE AND FEDERAL GRANTS NOT REQUIRING LOCAL FUNDS.
   By town meeting action of the legislative body of the town so convened on December 2, 1975, the town does hereby empower its Board of Selectmen to make application for any state and federal grants of benefit to the town that do not require local funds.
