§ 37.055 ELIGIBILITY.
   (A)   The Town Fire Department and the Town Ambulance Association shall determine the criteria for certification of eligibility for their respective members.
   (B)   Any changes made to the criteria shall be forwarded to the office of the First Selectman and the Board of Finance not later than three months before the certification date.
   (C)   The criterion for certification of eligibility and any changes made thereon, shall be approved by the Board of Selectmen prior to implementation.
