§ 37.035 FIXING OF ASSESSMENTS FOR PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSONS.
   The town adopts the provisions of Conn. Gen. Stat. § 12-65g related to the fixing of assessments on real property that is improved, rehabilitated or renovated to accommodate physically handicapped persons.
