Pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 12-81C, as amended, there is hereby created an exemption from personal property taxation, commencing with the October 1, 1983 Grand List, after inspection and approval by the Assessor’s office, of any ambulance-type motor vehicle which is used exclusively for the purpose of transporting any medically incapacitated individual, except any vehicle used to transport any individual for payment.
