355.12 APPLICATION FOR AND DURATION OF PERMIT.
   Each parking permit issued by the City Manager or designee shall be valid for one year from the date established by the City. Permits may be renewed annually upon reapplication in the manner required by the City. Each application or reapplication for a parking permit shall contain information sufficient to identify the applicant, applicant's residence address or address of real property owned or leased within a residential permit parking area, and the license number of the motor vehicle for which application is made, and such other information that may be deemed relevant by the City.
