(a) Whoever violates any provision of Chapter 351, for which no other penalty is provided, shall pay a fine as follows:
(1) Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first offense, if the fine is paid at the Municipal Building within ten days after issuance of the violation notice. Fifty dollars ($50.00) if the fine is not paid at the Municipal Building within ten days after issuance of the violation notice.
(2) Fifty dollars ($50.00) for a second offense within twelve months if the fine is paid at the Municipal Building within ten days after issuance of the violation notice. Seventy-five dollars ($75.00) if the fine is not paid at the Municipal Building within ten days after issuance of the violation notice.
(3) Seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for a third offense, or any subsequent offenses, within twelve months if the fine is paid at the Municipal Building within ten days after issuance of the violation notice. One hundred dollars ($100.00) if the fine is not paid at the Municipal Building within ten days after issuance of the violation notice.
