A licensed vendor or solicitor parked in a non-metered parking space in a vehicle or vehicles through which their business is conducted may only be so parked from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. each day. Such parking and the conducting of such business may only be in a commercial district, or municipal property per Section 729.05. The conduct of such business in all other zoning districts is expressly prohibited and any such vendor or solicitor shall comply with all provisions of this chapter.
