337.01 DRIVING UNSAFE VEHICLES.
   (a)   No person shall drive or move, or cause or knowingly permit to be driven or moved, on any street any vehicle or combination of vehicles which is in such unsafe condition as to endanger any person or property.
   (b)   Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit the use of additional parts and accessories on any vehicle not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.
   (c)   The provisions of this chapter with respect to equipment on vehicles do not apply to implements of husbandry, road machinery, road rollers or agricultural tractors except as made applicable to such articles of machinery.

   (d)   A licensed vendor or solicitor using a vehicle as defined in Section 301.51 in conducting his business must have the vehicle resting on the street without wheels, or stabilized if on wheels, in such a fashion as to prevent rotary turning of the wheels at all times while the vehicle is located upon public property of the City.
   (e)   A licensed vendor or solicitor who is selling food products, whether prepared at the parked location within the City or not, must comply with all Ohio and City health and fire regulations pertaining thereto.
   (f)   A licensed vendor or solicitor shall only sell his product in such a way that those purchasing the product must do so while standing on the sidewalk or open area adjacent to the street.

   (g)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
