729.03 COMMERCIAL SOLICITING.

No person shall enter upon the lot or land of any residence for the purpose of commercial soliciting as defined in Section 729.01(a)(1), (2), (3) and (4) unless such person has registered his or her credentials with the Manager as provided in Section 729.04.
