(a) It shall be the responsibility of the property owner to pay the cost of constructing the water service line from the point where such service line connects with the water main into the building or premises served as per the City of Oxford Water and Sanitary Sewer Specifications Manual (latest edition as approved by City Council).
(b) The City shall maintain and repair all water lines and appurtenances in the right-of- way.
(c) The owner of the property shall maintain, repair and replace that portion of the water line outside of the right-of-way. (Ord. 3260. Passed 12-17-13.)
