Digital copy in Auto CAD format submitted on a CD. Shall utilitize the NAD-83 Ohio South State Plane Corrdinate System for horizontal control and the NAVD-1988 for vertical control. All subdivision boundary corners shall also be tied to the NAD-83 Ohio South State Plane Coordinate System and labeled with a northing and easting, as well as centerline intersections, temporary turn-around center points and easement centerline that does not follow a lot line. AutoCAD layouts shall be provided allowing for the reproduction of a complete set of plans as needed. | ||

A. Lengths, inverts, rim elevations, pipe material, (Labeled "as shown on the approved construction drawings"), and percent grades. | |||
B. Locations (by station number & offset and state plane coordinates) of all storm sewer appurtenances (catch basins, manholes, field grates, centerline information for paved ditches, headwalls, etc.) | |||

A. Depth to th etop of the water valve nuts for all water valves. | |||
B. Locations (by station number & offset and state plane coordinates) of all water main appurtenances (valves, fire hydrants, water meter pits, curb stops, etc.) | |||
10 | Detention Basins: | ||
A. Locations (by station number & offset and state plane coordinates) of all inlets and outlet structures, spillways, etc. Elevations shall be provided for all items. Orifice diameteers shall be provided. | |||
B. Topography of the basin and downstream flow channels shall be shown. The as-built volume of the basin shall be listed in cubic feet. | |||
11 | Miscellaneous Utilities: | ||
A. Locations (station, offset & state plane coordinates) of all electrical & telecommunication appurtenances, if visible and /or installed (i.e. Handboxes, transformers, cross-overs, light poles, etc.) | |||

The seal, registry number and signature of the registered surveyor and/or professional engineer who prepared the plat. | ||

The plans shall be accompanied with an as-built quantity sheet. The quantities shall be provided in a format obtainable from theEngineering Division as a hard copy and digital copy (Excel spreadsheet format). Unit prices consistent with the bond estimate prices shall be submitted with the as-built quantities. | ||
