Digital copy in Auto CAD format submitted on a CD. Shall utilitize the NAD-83 Ohio South State Plane Corrdinate System for horizontal control and the NAVD-1988 for vertical control. All subdivision boundary corners shall also be tied to the NAD-83 Ohio South State Plane Coordinate System and labeled with a northing and easting, as well as centerline intersections, temporary turn-around center points and easement centerline that does not follow a lot line.

Construction Drawings shall show the following:
A.    Typical Sectinos of the proposed street(s).
B.    All proposed lots and streets delineated in plan, showing radii function of curves, curbs, sewer lines, etc.
C.    A grading plan showing existing and proposed grades shall be provided. The City Engineer shall require contour lines, cross section designs or both as may be, in his opinion, needed.
D.    Site gradig plans for all areas within the plat and should show the effect on all adjacent areas.
E.    Cross sections or a grading plan shall show both existing and proposed earthwork limit lines and ditch grades. Earthwork limit lines shall designate top of subgrade for street pavements, curb and gutter, sidewalk and seeding or sodding areas. Locations of utilities parallel to the street and erosion protection shall be indicated.
F.    The locations shall be shown of existing utilities, structures, drives, etc., which may be affected by the improvement.
G.    Where a street ends at a property line, or may be extended in the future, the profile shall be shown for at least 300 feet beyond the subdivision property line or end of street.
H.    Constructino notes as necessary.
I.    All storm sewers, other necessary drainage structures and channel protection shall be shown in plan and profile. Details shall be shown for construction of all structures.
J.    All new utilities shall be shown. Water lines, gas lines, electric lines, telephone lines and sanitary sewer details shall be shown. all dimensions shall be from center line of R/W or easement, and elevations from U.S.G.S. data.
K.    The plans and profiles of proposed sanitary sewers, storm sewers and water mains, with grades and sizes indicated, or method of sewage disposal in lieu of sewers shall be shown. Other details shall be shown as required by the City Engineer or the County Board of Health.
L.    Street names, lot numbers, lot dimensions and easements shall be shown.
M.    A note shall be included as follows: "All work required by this Code shall be done under the inspection of the City Engineer and private utility representatives in accordance with the rules and regulations for subdivisions."
N.    General notes and miscellaneous details shall include any pertinent notes and details that are not covered in the standard drawings or the plan and profile.
O.    Guardrails shall be constructred on streets when required by Ohio Department of Transportation standards or by the City Engineer.
P.    Whenever practical, City standard drawings shall be used for items such as headwalls, barricades and inlets. Special detail drawings shall be included in the plans for all items where conformance with the standard drawings is not practical. Copies of those standard drawings needed may be obtained from the office of the City Engineer. Those standard drawings which will be used for construction, shall be listed on the title page of the imporvement plan.
Q.    The actual constuction should be a reasonably accurate adherence to the plans. The City Engineer has the right to require that any change in the plan be brought to the PlanningCommission and/or Council before construction continues.
R.    At the completion of construction the plans shall be revised as necessary to provide as-built engineering plans. This work shall be done by the subdivider's professional engineer, who was responsible for setting grades and the staking for improvements. As-bult engineering plans shall be submitted to theCity Engineer.
S.    A detailed drainage report by a registered engineer shall evaluate the ability of existing water courses, channels, storm sewers, culverts and the proposed improvements to serve the area being platted as well as land outside the subdivision contributing to the design drainage system. This report shall be prepared as specified by the City.
