(a) No person shall intentionally provide food for deer, geese, ducks, raccoons, rodents, fowl or other wild animals or wild life by setting such food out on any public or private property. This section does not apply to animals owned by a person or song birds fed from a sanitary bird feeder so long as doing so does not create a nuisance.
(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Penalty shall be as provided in Section 505.99.
