The Secretary of Off-Campus Affairs of the Associated Student Government shall serve as the chairperson of the Commission, and the Commission shall appoint a member to serve as the secretary of the Commission. The Commission may elect other officers as it deems advisable. The Commission shall have full power to organize itself and to determine its own rules, regulations and bylaws. The Commission will meet not less than once per month during the academic year at a regularly scheduled time, date and place.
