The Water Distribution Division shall be administered by the Water Distribution Manager, appointed by the City Manager, who shall be responsible to the Service Director for all work having to do with the maintenance activities of the water distribution system within the City. The Water Distribution Manager shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by Ordinance or required by the Service Director. The Water Distribution Manager shall exercise supervision over all service workers within the Division and such other employees or assistants as are authorized by Council and the City Manager.
