123.01 DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS OF CITY AUDITOR.

The City Auditor shall be governed by the applicable Ohio Revised Code sections and shall perform such other functions as may be assigned by ordinance or by order of the City Manager or Council. (Ord. 3056. Passed 6-2-09.)
