121.06 HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT - HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR.

The Human Resources Department is responsible for the planning and developing of a variety of personnel policies and programs. The Human Resources Director is appointed by the City Manager and assists in maintaining a balanced and productive workforce. The Human Resources Director serves as staff support to the Civil Service Commission.
