   145.02 ADMINISTRATION OF PERSONNEL PROGRAM.
   The personnel program of the City shall be administered by Council, the City Manager and the Personnel Appeals Board pursuant to the Charter and the provisions of this chapter not in conflict therewith. (Ord. 3479. Passed 8-7-18.)
