   1129.05 FAILURE TO OBTAIN A ZONING CERTIFICATE OR CERTIFICATE OF CODE COMPLIANCE.
   Failure to obtain a Zoning Certificate or Certificate of Code Compliance shall be a violation of this Ordinance.
