   135.04 EXPENDITURES.
   (a)   The resources of the City as to staff assistance, materials and supplies shall be available to the Commission subject to availability.   
   (b)   Funds may only be expended by the Commission with prior approval and authority from Council. (Ord. 3172. Passed 4-17-12.)
