1307.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day’s continuance of a violation shall be considered a separate offense.
