1307.03 INSPECTION.
   (a)   Unsafe or Illegal Conditions. When the Building Administrator of the City, or designee, determines that any unsafe conditions or any violation of this Code exists during demolition work, the Building Administrator, or designee, shall notify the owner of the property, or the owner’s agent, and direct that person to take the necessary measures to remove the hazard or the violation and the demolition permit may be temporarily suspended by the Building Administrator, or designee, until safe and lawful conditions exist.
   (b)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to proceed with demolition work subsequent to actual notice of the suspension of a demolition permit by the Building Administrator, or designee, and it shall also be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to resume demolition work in such case without written notice from the Building Administrator, or designee, that the temporary suspension has been rescinded.
