The Records Commission shall meet every six months and upon call of the Chair, and shall perform the duties set forth in the Ohio R.C. 149.39, and in addition thereto shall when it is deemed advisable by the Commission, initiate and promulgate plans for the production of City records, by lawful means, for the proposes of more economical storage and improved safety thereof, and may conduct investigations of the necessity for and the practicability of said plans.
