(a) The members of the Records Commission shall be the City Auditor, the City Attorney, one citizen appointed by the City Manager, the Librarian of the Smith Library, and a representative of the Oxford Museum Association. The Librarian of the Smith Library and the representative of the Oxford Museum Association shall serve as non-voting members.
(b) A secretary, who may or may not be a member of the Records Commission, shall be appointed by the Commission and shall serve at its pleasure.
(c) The Commission members and Secretary shall serve without compensation.
(d) The Commission may employ an archivist to serve under its direction.
