127.03 POLICE CHIEF.

The Chief of Police shall have exclusive control of the stationing and transferring of all patrol officers and other officers and employees in the Police Division under such general rules and regulations as the Safety Director prescribes. (Ord. 3056. Passed 6-2-09.)
