(1) ZONING ADMINISTRATOR - That official appointed by the City Manager to administer and enforce the Zoning Code and subdivision regulations.
(2) ZONING MAP - The official Zoning Map of the City of Oxford is the District Map, 1989 edition, together with all amendments subsequently adopted by the Oxford City Council, on file in the Municipal Building.
(3) ZONING PERMIT - A document issued by the Zoning Administrator authorizing buildings, structures, or uses consistent with the terms of this Zoning Code including “non-conforming” situations.
