(1) RECONFIGURATION- interior or exterior modification to change the layout of a building or to make substantial/structural repair or alteration
(2) RECONSTRUCTION-. Rebuilding as a result of destruction or demolition of an
existing building to allow for a new building to be constructed on the same site.
(3) RECREATIONAL FACILITIES (COMMERCIAL) - Recreational facilities open to the public and operated for gain.
(4) RECREATIONAL FACILITIES (NON-COMMERCIAL) - Private and semipublic recreational facilities which are not operated for gain.
(5) RENOVATION- interior or exterior maintenance and/or upgrade of a structure,
which does not involve any structural alteration.
(6) RESIDENTIAL USE - Land designated in the Zoning Code and official map for
buildings consisting only of dwelling units.
(7) RESTAURANT - An establishment which sells prepared food for consumption.
Restaurants shall be classified as follows:
A. Restaurant, fast food: An establishment which sells food already prepared for consumption, packaged in paper, Styrofoam or similar materials, and may include drive-in or drive-up facilities for ordering.
B. Restaurant, general: An establishment which sells food for consumption on or off the premises.
C. Restaurant, take-out: An establishment which sells food only for consumption off the premises.
(8) RETAIL - The disposal, by sale or exchange, of specific goods to, or the acquisition of specific goods by, a person for use other than for purposes of resale.
