1159.18 DEFINITIONS (BEGINNING WITH LETTER “Q”).

(1) QUASI-PUBLIC USE - A use owned or operated by a nonprofit, religious, or charitable institution and providing educational, cultural, recreational, religious, or similar types of programs.

(2) QUEUE – A line of people or vehicles awaiting individual turns.

(3) QUORUM - A majority of the authorized members of a board or commission.
