121.04 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT - COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR.
   The Community Development Department shall be administered by a Community Development Director appointed by the City Manager, who shall serve as City Planner and shall work with the Planning Commission to guide and facilitate the planning functions necessary for the City and who shall also serve as Zoning Administrator if appointed to such position by the City Manager, as provided by law.
