   115.01 ATTENDANCE AT COUNCIL MEETINGS; RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS.
   The Clerk of Council shall attend all meetings of the Council and keep an accurate record of all proceedings had and all ordinances and resolutions enacted by Council.
