(a) Purpose. Conditional Uses are land uses that are potentially appropriate in many zoning districts but that are likely to have characteristics that could be detrimental to the public health, safety, or general welfare if not located appropriately, operated appropriately, or mitigated with good design.
(b) Permit Requirement. Each Conditional Use shall be approved according to the provisions of this chapter.
(c) Effect of Conditional Use Permit. A Conditional Use permit shall be valid only for the specific use and location approved.
