Council shall, except as otherwise provided in this chapter, meet in regular session at the Council chambers at 7:30 p.m. on the first and third Tuesday of each month. Should any holiday fall upon the date for a regular meeting, Council shall appoint another date within the same month in lieu thereof. The Mayor or any three members may call special meetings upon at least twenty-four hours notice to each member, via e-mail, telephone, served personally or left at their usual place of residence.
