103.01 CORPORATE SEAL.

The official corporate seal of the City shall contain the coat of arms of the State engraved in the center and the words "City of Oxford" engraved around the edge. Such official seal shall be used whenever an official or corporate seal is required to be affixed to any instrument in writing.
