The Council for the City of Oxford hereby adopts the International Property Maintenance Code, 2012 edition, as published by the International Code Council, as the Property Maintenance Code ("PMC") of the City of Oxford, Ohio, for regulating and governing the conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings, and structures, with the additions, deletions and modifications to the International Property Maintenance Code as prescribed in Section 1305.02 of Oxford's PMC. A complete copy of Oxford's PMC is accessible on the City's website.
