Establishing Use Districts, Encouraging, Regulating and Restricting Therein the Location, Construction, Reconstruction, Alteration and Use of Structures and Land; Providing for Off-Street Parking, Regulating Signs; Controlling Non-Conforming Uses; Establishing a Zoning Districts Map; Providing for the Administration of This Ordinance; Defining the Powers and Duties of the Zoning Administrator, Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals and Municipal Council Pertaining to Their Zoning Responsibilities and Providing for Penalties for the Violation of the Provisions in This Ordinance or Any Amendment Thereto.
