935.12 NEW DEVELOPMENTS.

Developers shall plant trees in tree lawns in all subdivisions a minimum of every thirty feet according to the specifications of this chapter and the Oxford Zoning Code. The Oxford Planning Commission shall require a landscaping plan for all subdivisions, Planned Unit Developments and commercial developments.
