   924.04 CONFLICT.
   (a)   When a conflict arises herein between a general requirement and a specific requirement, the specific requirement shall prevail.
   (b)   When a conflict arises between a requirement of this regulation and a requirement of another regulation of the Municipality, the resolution shall be in accordance with the provisions interpretation rules of the Codified Ordinance.
