907.04 INSPECTION AND WORK APPROVAL.
   The Building and Zoning Administrator shall notify the Service Department of the issuance of the curb-gutter-sidewalk permit and the appropriate Service Department personnel shall inspect the work to be performed prior to or during the performance of such work, and shall make a final inspection after completion of the work certifying their approval or disapproval of the work to the Building and Zoning Administrator who shall take appropriate action.
