The Building and Zoning Administrator shall, upon written application, issue curb-gutter- sidewalk permits. The application fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) payable to the City. A permit shall be valid for 120 days after issuance, and only one permit per lot shall be required regardless of the amount of work to be performed. No permit fee shall be required when a curb- gutter-sidewalk permit is applied for simultaneously with the application and issuance of a building permit, and any curb-gutter-sidewalk permit so issued shall be valid for as long as the issued building permit is valid.
