(a) All establishments having sidewalk hatches in the City shall provide three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) comprehensive insurance coverage with a reliable company and holding the City harmless from any action as a result of such installation. A certificate of insurance shall be deposited with the City Auditor at all times.
(b) Ten days cancellation of such insurance shall be given to the City Auditor.
(c) Any establishment already having a sidewalk hatch and already providing insurance shall have thirty days to meet the requirements of this section if their present coverage falls short of these requirements.
