905.07 MINIMUM SIDEWALK AND CURB REQUIREMENTS.

(a) No person, firm or corporation shall lay or relay any sidewalk, curb or gutter unless the same is constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications and the material therein provided for, on file in the office of the City Engineer.

(b) The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to prepare such plans and specifications, provided such plans and specifications shall not be effective until approved by motion of Council. Council may at any time, by motion, amend or rescind such plans and specifications.
