(Adopting Ordinance)
   (b)   For the determination of compaction and density of the pavement, the City may take core samples of the pavement. Holes in pavement left by core samples shall be replaced by the developer at no extra compensation. If core tests are positive, the cost shall be paid by the City, and if negative, the cost shall be absorbed by the developer.
   (c)   The final street surface course, at the option of the City, may be applied one year later to allow for settling.
