(a) Franchisee's Obligation.
(1) The Franchisee shall, in the operation, construction, and maintenance of the System, not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, age, or national origin. The Franchisee shall post in a conspicuous place, available to all employees and applicants for employment, notices setting forth the provisions of this nondiscrimination clause. Additionally, the Franchisee shall in its advertisements for prospective employees, include a statement regarding equal employment opportunities.
(2) The Franchisee shall comply with Section 634 (47 USC Section 554) of the 1992 Cable Act relating to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) standards and reporting, FCC regulations, and all other federal, state and local laws and regulations relating to EEO.
