(a) Upon making application for a license, the applicant shall deposit with the City Auditor a license fee in accordance with the following schedule:

(b) The license fee prescribed in subsection (a) hereof with respect to the operation of bowling alleys or pool or billiard tables shall be ten dollars ($10.00) regardless of the number of such alleys or tables, and if a person operates both bowling alleys and pool or billiard tables in his place of business, he shall pay only one fee of ten dollars ($10.00).
(c) Only one license shall be required of the owner of a pinball machine regardless of the number of machines owned.
