(a) No person, without authorization to do so, shall have control or possession, of any traffic control device, signal or street sign belonging to the City.
(b) No person shall maliciously tamper with, injure, destroy, steal or remove any post, pole, pipe, traffic control device, or street sign owned or under the supervision or control of the City or any department thereof.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(d) A reward of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be paid to any person, excluding municipal employees, who provides the Police Department with information that leads to the arrest and conviction of anyone violating this section.
