Any person desiring to request that the board name a road, or rename a road, shall file with the clerk of the board a written request setting forth the name, the reason for the requested name, and signatures of persons in the immediate vicinity agreeing to the request. The board shall require the requesting person to notify everyone who resides on the road of the date upon which the request shall be considered. (Ord. 02-01, 3-11-2002)
