7-2-6: PRIVATE ROADS:
   A.    More Than One-Fourth Mile From Named Road: Private drives, ways, lanes or circles with three (3) or more residences, and/or residences more than one-fourth (1/4) mile off a named road, and/or residences which may not be seen from a named road, must be named, and signs must be erected and maintained by the residents on the roadway.
   B.    Not Accepted Into Highway District: Private drives, ways, places or circles which have not been accepted into a highway district may be named, and address numbers assigned at the request of, and at the expense of the residents located on such roadway. Such roadway signs shall be of a design approved by the board which indicate that the roadway is not included within the highway district road system.
   C.    Accepted Into Highway District: Signs for private drives, ways, places or circles which have been accepted into the highway district road system will be erected and maintained by the highway district. (Ord. 02-01, 3-11-2002)
